The Fragrance Reserve specializes in travel-size fragrance decants.

All authentic fragrance decants are transferred from genuine retail bottles into smaller containers by The Fragrance Reserve.

Unless specifically identified as an Inspired Fragrance, all fragrance decants are made from authentic retail bottles.

We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any fragrance brand or manufacturer.

All trademarks, brand names, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the fragrance.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe our products.

However:

  • Fragrance longevity and projection vary from person to person.
  • Colors of bottles and labels may vary slightly.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual decant bottle received.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing.

5. Payment

Payment must be received before an order is processed.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within the timeframe listed in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The Fragrance Reserve is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance products:

All fragrance decants are final sale.

8. Order Errors

If you receive:

  • the wrong item
  • a damaged item
  • a leaking bottle

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Fragrance Reserve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, logos, graphics, images, product descriptions, and designs is the property of The Fragrance Reserve unless otherwise noted.
